First Step
As per the required design the aluminium tubes, GI sheets and other raw materials are prepared by cutting, forming, bending and other processes in the press shop. First of all by using the aluminium tubes, coach structure was assembled. It was dropped on the chassis and welded it completely by attaching requirements as per design. It is the 35% of the overall process. The about all constitutes of sub assembly.
Second Step
Then it was moved on the panelling section were the coach was wrapped with GI sheets through welding process, floor with ply wood and front & rear with fiber reinforced plastic. It constitutes of 25% of process. Now it was the turn of painting section to decorate the cotch as per the given parameters. In this process, a coach will under go three phases of painting . It constitutes 15% of process.
Third Step
Then the painted coach arrived to the trimming section where different accessories are attaches to the coach and the under the coach will be painted with black colour known as under trimming. It is of 20% process. Then the coach is passed to overall inspection known as dishpatch inspection. Hear all the process are verified whether the design is up to the mark or not and dispatch which remains 5%.
